Our Commitment to Child Safety
At QuikQam ("we," "our," or "us"), safety is our highest priority. We are deeply committed to protecting minors and ensuring our platform remains free from any form of child exploitation, abuse, or inappropriate contact.
This policy outlines our strict standards and the measures we take to enforce them, in full compliance with global child safety laws and Google Play Store Developer Policies.
Age Restrictions & Target Audience
QuikQam is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Our service involves random live video chatting with strangers. Due to the unpredictable nature of user-generated real-time content, our application is not designed, marketed, or intended for children.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
- If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and their data permanently deleted.
Zero Tolerance for Child Endangerment
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing, promoting, or requesting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Grooming or attempting to contact minors for illicit purposes.
- Sexualizing minors in any form (including jokes, comments, or roleplay).
- Promoting physical harm or self-harm involving minors.
Any user found violating this policy will face immediate, permanent suspension. We proactively report severe violations, including CSAM, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Moderation and Reporting Mechanisms
To maintain a safe environment, QuikQam provides robust tools for our community:
- In-App Reporting: Users can easily flag and report inappropriate behavior or content directly during a call or from a user's profile.
- Immediate Blocking: If a user feels unsafe or uncomfortable, they can instantly disconnect and block the other party, preventing any future interaction.
- Active Moderation: Our trust and safety team reviews reports promptly. We take decisive action on all reports involving child safety within 24 hours.
Information for Parents & Guardians
We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities. If you believe your child has accessed QuikQam without authorization:
- Use device-level parental controls (such as Google Family Link) to restrict app installations.
- Contact us immediately to have the account terminated and any associated data removed.
